Several years ago, I stepped back from my career for the first time in over two decades to prioritize time with my then young daughters, but I didn’t feel liberated – I felt disoriented.

Throughout my time in the corporate and start-up world, I transitioned through many roles – from leading complex strategies and organizational change management initiatives to building large teams all while optimizing and executing efficient processes and expansion strategies.
My experience and insight in this realm reshaped my approach to leadership, emphasizing not just processes and profitability but also people’s passions and aligning them with opportunities where they could thrive, getting the most out of life!
Rediscovering Purpose Through Coaching
Leaving the corporate world to focus on family became a turning point for introspection and reinvention. I revisited my early aspirations of becoming a therapist by channeling my love for people and my business acumen into life and business coaching.
I pride myself on being a cultural architect and guiding organizations and individuals through transformative changes and complex transitions. My approach is deeply human and rooted in an authentic desire to empower people to obtain their desired state of being.
